WP Campus Connect is a month-long initiative designed to bring the power of WordPress to college students across multiple campuses. By partnering with four different colleges, we aim to introduce students to WordPress through engaging and hands-on workshops. This event is part of a broader effort to cultivate the next generation of WordPress users and developers, helping them build valuable skills and explore potential career paths within the WordPress ecosystem. This event is in October Month from October 5 – October 26, 2024.
Event Format
WP Campus Connect is structured as a series of workshops held over four weekends, with each workshop taking place at a different college campus. During these workshops, students will receive hands-on training in using WordPress to build websites, guided by experienced WordPress professionals. In addition to technical skills, students will gain insights into various career paths within the WordPress community, helping them to see the broader opportunities that WordPress offers.
