Sponsorship Policy
- Pricing and Taxes:
Sponsorship prices listed do not include taxes. Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any other applicable fees will be charged on top of the list prices. Please take these additional charges into account when considering your sponsorship level.
- Payment Terms:
Full payment for the chosen sponsorship package must be made before the event. We will provide you with payment instructions and deadlines upon confirmation of your sponsorship.
- Data Sharing:
WordCamp Organizers highly value the privacy of our participants. As such, we do not have permission to share participant data with sponsors. Sponsors are requested not to seek access to attendee data through event organizers. Instead, sponsors may directly interact with event participants at the designated exhibit desk.
