WP Build Tour Hits Oriental College with Energy, Swags & Stories!

The WP Build Tour 2025 continued its powerful journey across Madhya Pradesh with its second stop at Oriental College, Bhopal on June 21st — and this time, things got even bigger!

With nearly 200 students joining in, the energy in the room was electric. From curious first-timers to budding web creators, the crowd came together for a full-day WordPress workshop — no coding skills required, just a will to learn.

What’s WP Build Tour Again?

A movement by WordPress Bhopal, the WP Build Tour is a hands-on initiative bringing the power of website building to college campuses across the state. It’s open-source in action, helping students launch their own fully functional websites in just one day.

Whether it’s a portfolio, a project blog, or something new — every student walks away with something. And for many, it’s their very first step into the world of digital creation.

The Oriental Vibe

From interactive sessions to breakout moments of creativity, the room was buzzing with ideas & what all we can do with WordPress, pop-ups? Yes sir. Creating pattern? Sure. We saw students customizing themes, exploring plugins, and crafting their own stories on the web — live!

Our swags and Jetpack stickers? Total crowd favorites. (They disappeared in minutes.) Add in some well-earned refreshments, and it turned into the perfect blend of learning and fun.
