Our first and main host venue will be Jinja Senior Secondary School, the largest school in the region, located in Jinja City, Uganda followed by other campuses listed below totaling to 12 school campuses, universities, colleges and institutes. We expect to reach over 1,500 selected students and a population of over 30,000 students in total, building a new generation of WordPress contributors and users. Activities will include talks, workshops, mentorship sessions, and hands-on training in WordPress website design, blogging, and digital creativity. Follow-up outreach and mentorship will ensure that select student WordPress clubs continue to grow even after the event.
