About this event type
WordPress Campus Connect delivers hands-on WordPress training in website building from experienced WordPress Professionals and Industry Experts. Beyond technical skills, students will explore diverse career opportunities within the WordPress community, highlighting the extensive possibilities that WordPress offers, such as building responsive websites, using themes and plugins, and understanding basic SEO techniques.
Naming your event
Your event will be named after the full name of the university (e.g., “WordPress Campus Connect Ribera del Duero”).
Audience
These events are typically aimed at educating students, but teachers and faculty can also be included as the intended audience at the event.
Theme
The curriculum is modular and can be tailored to your audience: whether you’re introducing students to WordPress Basics, providing themed workshops, or diving into WordPress contributions. Duration
Typical WordPress Campus Connect events feature half-day or full-day workshops, but these events are flexible by design! Organizers can host a one-day event or split sessions across multiple days, depending on what works best for your campus and students.

As this is part of a unified global program, all Campus Connect events use the same branding and logo across websites and materials to ensure consistency and visibility.
