At Tech for Her 2025, Delhi, we believe that every woman in tech deserves a space that is inclusive, respectful, and empowering. This event is built on the values of learning, collaboration, and mutual respect.
We are committed to ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all, irrespective of gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, religion, age, caste, background, or any other personal identity.
This Code of Conduct outlines the kind of behavior expected from all participants and the steps we will take if these standards are not met.
2. What we stand for
Tech for Her 2025, Delhi is more than just an event—it is a space where women in tech can support, uplift, and inspire each other.

3. Expected Behavior
- Respect everyone’s opinions, experiences, and perspectives.
- Keep discussions constructive and professional.
- Be mindful of how your words and actions may affect others.
- If you notice someone uncomfortable or facing a difficult situation, offer support or inform an organizer.
- Engage meaningfully—this is your space to connect, learn, and grow.
4. What’s not okay
We are here to build each other up, not to tear anyone down. The following behaviors will not be tolerated:
- Any form of harassment, including inappropriate comments or jokes about gender, race, disability, or personal identity.
- Unwanted advances, intimidation, or deliberate exclusion.
- Use of offensive images, gestures, or language in any format (including presentations).
- Disrupting sessions, talks, or discussions.
- Unwelcome photography, video recording, or any invasion of privacy.
- Any behavior that creates an unsafe or uncomfortable environment for others.
Remember: Everyone deserves respect. Let’s keep this a space where people feel valued and heard.
5. If things go wrong
If you experience or witness any behavior that goes against this Code of Conduct, please reach out to an event organizer immediately.
We take all concerns seriously and will take appropriate action, which may include issuing a warning, removing an attendee from the event, or involving security if necessary.
6. Reporting a concern
Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. If you face any issue or notice something concerning, please don’t hesitate to inform an organizer.

This Code of Conduct applies to all event spaces, including speaker session, networking area, and social gatherings linked to Tech for Her 2025, Delhi.
