Sarah’s first job as a developer was for a start-up that used a variety of CMS solutions. WordPress was among them, and it quickly became her favorite — and she hasn’t looked back since!
Sarah is now a contributor to WordPress, having been part of the release squads for WordPress 6.1 and 6.4. She’s currently a Team Lead at Automattic and one of the Core Team Reps for 2024. She mostly works on the Gutenberg Editor, the Create Block Theme plugin, and the occasional theme.
Besides work, she loves traveling, reading, photography, watching films, reading comics, and hiking with her dog.
