Arundhati is a psychologist and curriculum developer with over 18 years of experience. She is the founder of Mind Mosaic, a platform dedicated to mental health, curriculum development, and Cambridge psychological tutoring, as well as Itahdnura Kollection, an e-commerce fashion jewelry store.

She is a member of the American Psychological Association and a consultant for several mental health startups. Over the years, she has worked with prestigious organizations such as Zee Learn, Birla Brainiacs, Magic Bus, and Oxford University Press.

Her journey with WordPress began 11 years ago when she built her own website for Itahdnura Kollection. Recently, she became actively involved in the WordPress Mumbai community, organizing do_action, meetups and managing social media creatives and content. She is also the organizer of the International Women’s Day Meetup 2025.

Meher is the Chief Operating Officer at KDC TEK PRIVATE LIMITED and a Codeable Expert. She is a front-end developer, specializing in WordPress.

She has worked with multiple brands, and agencies to build their dream website for over 15+ years. Along with a creative flair for design and aesthetics, she also has an analytical bent of mind that makes her a distinguished talent from the crowd.

She is a part of the organsier for WordPress Mumbai Chapter. She was also the Program Lead for WordCamp Asia 2025 and now a Local Lead for WordCamp Asia 2026.
