National ICT Innovation Hub C/o Ministry of ICT and National Guidance.
The Hub is located within the Uganda Institute of Information and Communications Technology (UICT) in Nakawa, Kampala. It provides an enabling environment for ICT innovators facing challenges such as limited workspace, inadequate internet connectivity, and a lack of creative spaces to foster innovation. The Hub aims to be the “Home of ICT Innovation,” supporting Uganda’s local innovation ecosystem and nurturing homegrown potential.
