Website Projects Competition | 2026

Organized under the theme, “Fueling Innovation Through WordPress”, Uganda Website Projects Competition 2026 is the 3rd edition of the dynamic next-gen event that brings together primary school, high school and university students to showcase their exceptional Website projects, addressing real-world challenges. Set for June 9th, 2026, at the Busoga College Mwiri (mwiri.sc.ug) in Jinja, this day-long pitching competition will be a blend of learning, networking, and celebration. Highlights:

• Speed Build Challenge: A 40-minute "Speed Build" battle where pre-selected individuals will showcase their expertise in coming up with a website from a blank canvas.
• Networking Sessions: Connect with like-minded peers, expand your network, and explore collaborative opportunities in the dynamic field of web development.
• Pitching Session: Witness the brilliance of young minds as student teams present their WordPress projects to a panel of esteemed adjudicators.
• Awards Ceremony: Celebrate excellence! Recognize and reward the best projects during a captivating awards ceremony.
