Call for Adjudicators

We are seeking experienced and dedicated individuals to volunteer as Adjudicators at the Uganda Website Projects Competition 2024, where students will showcase their innovative WordPress-powered projects under two categories: the Rising Stars category (for Primary and Secondary Schools) and the Explorers category (for Post-Secondary vocational schools, technical training institutes, universities, and colleges).

Who We Are Looking For: We are in search of passionate professionals with a background in WordPress development and a history of speaking at past WordCamp conferences. Adjudicators will play a crucial role in evaluating and providing constructive feedback on the projects presented by our talented student participants.

Event Details:

  • Date: Fri 5th July, 2024
  • Venue: Uganda Institute of ICT (UICT), Nakawa – Kampala, Uganda

Adjudicator Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate WordPress projects presented by students or teams.
  • Provide constructive feedback on project design, functionality, and innovation.
  • Assess the projects based on predetermined judging criteria.
  • Participate in judging sessions and discussions.
