What is the Community Day?
The Switzerland Community Day is a new format of WordPress events. The event is for present WordPress contributors and/or future contributors who are willing to learn how to start.
We’ve chosen an English name to bring together people from all over Switzerland, and guests from four other countries. We’ll be speaking German, French, Italian and English, depending on the groups we create.
The format of this event will be at the crossroad between WordCamps, Contributor Days and meetups.
We’re expecting around 60 people and we’ll have 2 rooms.

We want to bring together people who want to contribute to the WordPress project or who are already contributing.

- There will be no after-party, and the timetable will be designed to avoid having to sleep on site as much as possible (see information on the timetable, travel and hotel page)
- There will be no T-shirts or badges.
